Return window
You may return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
How to return
- Email cheifad68@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll send return instructions and an address.
- Ship the item back with tracking.
Who pays for return shipping
- Damaged, defective or wrong item: we pay. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll email you a prepaid return label or refund your return shipping in full.
- Change of mind or wrong size: you pay the return shipping. Ship the item back with tracking; we recommend a trackable service because we can only refund once the return reaches us.
- International returns: you pay return shipping and any customs or import fees charged on the way back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace or refund it at no cost.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items marked final sale cannot be returned.
